Why did the Jello blush? Because it saw the salad dressing! Ah, I can’t resist a joke.
This recipe is from my mother in laws kitchen, puts a smile on the kids and husband’s faces when I whip up a batch of these bad boys. It’s a twist on a Jello Jiggler – adding a whipped cream top.
Less than 10 minutes of prep time, but they need a few hours to set in the refrigerator. Any flavor of jello can be used, Berry Blue is the favorite in my house. But Strawberry is great too, strawberries and cream is one of the best combos ever!
Start with your choice of Jello (3 boxes), Knox Gelatine (4 envelopes in the box), mixed together in a 9×11 glass pan.

Pour the 3 cups of boiling water into the dry mixture and whisk until fully dissolved.

Pour the 1 cup of cream on top. Stir gently with a spoon – you will see a pretty marble pattern. The cream will rise to the top.

Place in the fridge, uncovered for a few hours to let the jello and cream set. Once set, you can cut into squares or use cutters to make fun shapes!

Keep these in the fridge for a nice, refreshing treat.
